My name is Precious, A Postgraduate student at the University of The Witwatersrand studying towards a degree in Property Studies( honours) , Recent BSc construction studies in the field of property studies graduate with a strong academic background in management and finance. Skilled in Microsoft excel, google workspace and , with the ability to do valuations, management plans, and proficient in data analysis. A motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for and a willingness to learn. Seeking an entry-level position, where I can apply my knowledge and gain practical experience.I have a disciplined, customer-focused approach to work and a strong drive to see through a completion.
