Career Overview

In my current role, I have a great deal of attention to detail and pride myself in ensuring that customers have the best service and products. Client service orientation plays a key role as an insurance manager and broker. The goal is to be an indispensable asset in my company as I plan to specialize in most areas of the insurance industry. As a prior educator with a passion for educating individuals, I take educating and training individuals seriously as it is highly crucial to any industry in this country. As it is with education and training, we build up unique individuals with their desire and passion to make an impact in their area of specialty/training. In addition to my educational background, I have expertise in the compilation and administration of high-quality evaluations. My previous position as a project administrator and coordinator revealed my passion for project coordination from customer need to customer satisfaction. In this position, following the processes and procedures came effortlessly because the customer is always a priority as well as the company making a profit. I enjoyed my project coordinator role as it helped me grow personally and professionally. I am a highly motivated, ethical and goal orientated and who is yearning for growth and has the willingness to learn.
