In the device management space automated the rebate process using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) for the customer service portal for OEMs, reducing manual workload, and improving operational efficiency. Spearheaded cost optimisation initiatives by negotiating OEM contracts and managing rebates which resulted in substantial savings and maximised value extraction.
Designed and implemented a revenue assurance framework, identifying and addressing leakage points across billing and operational processes. Leveraged tools such as Power BI and MonyMap to automate revenue reconciliation and compliance checks reducing, manual errors by 30% and ensuring real-time alignment with governance standards. These measures strengthened financial controls, mitigated revenue leakage, and improved decision-making by providing accurate, real-time insights into revenue assurance metrics and risks.
