  • Attend Sales & Marketing meetings, CTE/Bone SA Quality Manufacturing Meeting and Bone SA staff meetings.

  • Coordinating and liaising with consultants who assist in Cape Town, Bloemfontein, P.E and Durban with consignment checks on a monthly basis.

  • Responsible for stock movements and queries within consignment hospitals.
  • To follow up with dispatch on any issues that may arise from deliveries and capturing of stock from the CTE or stock going to Synergy for radiation.
  • Stock adjustments to be done on Accpac regarding stock sent back to CTE for various reasons.
  • Requesting Nappi codes from Medikredit for new products.
  • Creating new item codes on Accpac.
  • Ensuring Orderwise, Medikredit, discovery, etc have updated price files and assist them with all their queries.
  • Print stock list and Sales By Customer at month-end
  • Responsible for service level agreements with all stakeholders and consignment contracts to the customers.
