  • When receiving a positive hit on Vuma Cam (Proof 360) and Syntel as an LPR operator, I must acknowledge the alert and check if the vehicle details and description match.
  • When getting a positive hit on Proof 360 and Syntel, I must immediately dispatch the area vehicle by creating a phone-in on Listener for a relevant LPR profile.
  • As the LPR operator, I must inform the Hub Dispatcher that the vehicle has been dispatched because of the positive hit received.
  • Once dispatched, the LPR operator must follow through on the listener until the signal has been completed.
  • Also, communicate via WhatsApp and Telegram for further assistance and testing of the vehicle.
  • LPR operator must contact SAPS for positive hits being responded to, then close the dispatch on all the platforms, which could be listener and Syntel once the action has been completed.
