MY most recent TDN was for Columbus Steel. This was a new Client that we had taken over from DSV. The ,Client Rochelle Proctor asked for my help to possibly get a duty-free TDN on Mill Board Rings . At the Time the client was paying 15% Duty. The tariff they used was based on a previous TDN that SARS had ruled. I researched and study the product meticulously and used all supporting evidence and literature to submit a successful TDN to SARS for a duty-free Tariff. A month later, the TDN was granted Columbus Steel's favour with a refund amount of R1000 000.00 based of 8 shipments
