DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITY:
· Develop Infrastructure Plan and cash flow projections.
· Facilitating processes in line with the Annual Performance Plan of the Department to initiate the timeous planning and design of capital and maintenance projects with Implementing agents
· Ensure approval of building plans.
· Ensure implementation of policies and strategies.
· Develop User Asset Management plan (UAMP)
· Develop and implement norms and standards.
· Develop facility repairs and maintenance plans.
· Manage appointment of implementing agent and service providers.
· Monitor the implementation of Infrastructure projects and reporting.
· Establish programme management structures
· Provide overall project management towards completion close out of project.
· Ensure the approval and development of business plans
· Provide technical support and advice
· Monitor the implementation of the maintenance plan.
· Coordinate and manage the requisition and ensure timeous funds approval.
· Coordinate continuously buildings conditional assessments.
· Management of maintenance project inspections and provision of technical advice.
· Provide support to district and local offices.
· Manage acquisitions of land and buildings.
· Provide contract/lease management.
· Ensure the approval of needs assessments for leasing and construction projects
· Manage engagement with implementing agents and other stakeholders.
· Provide overall asset and facilities management
