Helping clients in opening new policies, reinstatement of lapse policies additions of members to the existing policies and quotations

• Assisting in capturing of membership forms, visitor's cards, attendance registers and answering of telephone calls and making follow up calls to members other necessary office work.

• Work assignments for verification of non-response and out- of -scopes
• Monitor and track daily progress of fieldworkers within the assigned Supervisor Unit
• Re-assign the dwelling units amongst all fieldworkers within the Supervisor Unit in the event where there is a replacement or work needs to be redistributed amongst fieldworkers
• To supervise all fieldworkers within a Supervisor Unit by ensuring that the quality work is completed within allocated timeframes for the project and where additional assistance is needed, ensure to report to the Fieldwork Operations Officer(FOO) immediately to avoid delays in the completion of work
• Approve or reject Geospatial Information Frame(GIF) points that are more than 30 radius from the dwelling unit for fieldworkers
• Sing off work completed by the fieldworkers for payment purposes

• Responded to customer calls and emails to answer questions about products and services.
• Learned and maintained in-depth understanding of product information, providing knowledgeable responses to diverse questions.
• Assisted customers by answering questions and responding to inquiries.
