To ensure that all planned and preventive maintenance schedules are adhered to and the jobs are done effectively and diligently as per Company Standards.
Inspection of lifting equipment
Disassemble, inspect, and reassemble machine components,
Pressure testing pressure vessel and servicing of Atlas Copco compressors.
To ensure that steam, compressed air and water supply services are available to the plants at all time.
Inspections and maintenance of Workshop Overhead crane, Diesel and ES 60 electrical boilers, Forklifts, various critical pumps, Gearboxes and belt conveyors maintenance.
Read and interpret hydraulic drawings
To maintain underground emulsion charging units and Mobile Manufacturing Units for both Zambia and Democratic Republic of Congo DRC.
Maintenance and servicing of hydraulic pumps, valve banks, Cat pump for gassing and hose lube and Progressive pump PC E8002.
Inspection and maintenance of critical pumps, Progressive Cavity Pump pc D3502, Thomson Diesel boiler, ES 60 Electrical boiler, Screw auger, Stirrer and stirring gearbox.
Participate in rigging operations while carrying out maintenance duties.
Maintain an organized and safe work environment in compliance with applicable AECI safety
rules, technical instructions, and SHEQ-approved procedures.
Provide timely and accurate feedback to supervisors on tasks performed
Worked on expander machine, cleaning the screw and changing calipers.
