His significant technical and business expertise assists in understanding the overall importance, viability and effort required to develop solutions, and will take a hands-on approach where required. Strong project management and consulting experience ensures a disciplined and structured approach is followed to drive initiatives, monitor expectations, ensure compliance. He has a clear understanding of the importance of working in accordance with the set blue print, performance deliverables, successful management and handover of a project to a client as well as the importance of ensuring that all relevant change document control is adhered to
