I am currently a Pupil Advocate doing my Pupillage / Legal Internship at RKS NKOSI INC. I am trained in Advocacy Skills including trial and motion Court Proceeding, Alternative Dispute Resolution, Constitutional Law, Civil Procedure, Criminal Procedure, Information and Communication Technology for Practice, Legal Writing and Drafting, and Professional Conduct and Legal Ethics of Advocates. I further have vast working experience flowing from both underground and opencast mining, engineering, processing plant, road transport and railway safety operations. I am able to identify strategic opportunities within the changing environmental dynamics. With my combined experiences and analysis capabilities. I am was responsible for ensuring validity of the Transnet SOC Ltd's Single Entity Railway Safety Permit through timeous Permit Application and providing advises and assurance to the EXCO and Board of Directors on risk mitigation, developing short to medium and long-term Organisational Strategy. I have engaged with numerous Regulators on Policy, Standards and Frameworks developments. Further, I have addressed various audiences, and my listening skills, perseverance, patience and humor allows me to work effectively and with sensitivity across barriers such as language and culture. Also important is my ability to communicate in nine official languages and enabled strong relationship-building skills, an eagerness to learn and an ability to work well as part of a team whilst motivating and leading team members, including large multi-faceted teams. I am reliable, hardworking somebody and I am goal directed. I show initiative, use my creativity to find solutions to problems and enjoy seeing projects through to a positive conclusion.

I represented more than 23 clients before various Magistrate Courts and CCMA. Of the total, 6 matters were withdrawn due to State inability to prove the case, 8 were in the clients favour, acquittal whilst the remaining 9 in progress.
Prior to my Pupillage, I served in various Senior / Executive Roles and I developed a number of key Corporate Policies, ensured the Organisation's seamless governance and compliance.
I also ensured valid and sustained Train Operator license and reduced the number Special Condition issued by the Rail Regulator from 13 to average 2.
I chaired and or participated in the Boards of Inquiry were major occurrences to place.
