My role encompasses end-to-end customer relationship management, where I take ownership of the entire client lifecycle—from initial engagement and solution design through implementation, support, and continuous improvement. I also take full responsibility for the end-to-end management of the AWS ACE (AWS Customer Engagement) Partner Portal, which is a central part of how we track, grow, and report on AWS opportunities. This includes everything from registering opportunities and tracking pipeline metrics to ensuring accurate status updates and leveraging AWS support for co-selling. I work closely with AWS Partner Managers to ensure our engagements are aligned to AWS frameworks and that we unlock the full benefits available to us as a partner.
