Attend to administration and written communication related to personal underwriting.
Ensure that all documentation, including quotes & related communication of amendments are processed accurately, correctly, and timeously.
Ensure queries are resolved as per company procedures and SLA.
Ensure renewal reviews are completed timeously within set time period as provided and confirmed by team leader.
Ensure written confirmation/communication of all requested transactions to go to clients & brokers, and recordkeeping of such communication be done on applicable comp-any systems.
Correct unprofitable policies by risk management and effective corrective underwriting and segmentations.
Ensure policies are not over exposed as per Insurance company standards, policies and procedures.
Manage work routines in line with operational plan/schedules in order to manage achievement of service level agreements!
Attend to all enquiries assigned to you and received from brokers & clients.
Responsible for issuing of Confirmation of Cover and Border letters.
Applying of mandated discount requests
Responsible for Dual insurance process and backdating refunds
Handle possible cancellation of policies.
Responsible for accurate premium recons and confirmations to clients and brokers
Analise new business risk proposal forms
Implementation of special terms and conditions as per underwriting guidelines
Liaising and building relationships with brokers and broker consultants
Assisting Management with any duties that may be assigned by Management to but within reason.
