• Facilitate Agile delivery for digital platforms and application development projects, working with cross-functional software development teams (Developers, QA, and Product Owners).
• Lead Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Grooming to ensure effective delivery of product features.
• Support the delivery of customer-facing digital products and platforms, aligning business requirements with technical implementation.
• Work closely with Product Owners to manage and prioritise the product backlog, ensuring readiness of Epics, features, and user stories.

• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and communication, ensuring visibility of delivery progress, risks, and issues.
• Support teams across the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), from requirements gathering through to delivery, and release.
• Promote Agile best practices and coach teams to improve collaboration, ownership, and overall Agile maturity.
• Facilitate discussions, decision-making, and conflict resolution to ensure smooth delivery within a high-pressure environment.
• Support the adoption of structured Agile delivery practices, ensuring consistency in delivery while maintaining flexibility.
