- Compiling budgets according to consumers/millers requirements to secure tender contracts.
- Daily reconciling/balancing of physical contracts on system for commodity futures bought or sold on the SAFEX market (Nutron or Swordfish).
- Buying of stock (silo or direct from farm), within budget to meet the forward sale agreement requirements targeting maximum profit.
