  • Planning and design stages started in March 2019 to start negotiations on premises and myself and the chef has looked into menu items and costings
  • I managed to secure a premises and started snagging and getting the premises ready for first day of operations 1 Dec2019
  • All interviews were done and all our staff that started with us also closed with us
  • Deadline reached and opened our beautiful restaurant in time we grew from strength to strength and became one of the highest rated restaurants in Knysna which is a tough place to make it
