  • 2024 | TinSky Connect | Promoted to Operations Director During the course of 2024, I was promoted to operations Director due to my ability to manage staff and contractors of all levels, as well as my ability to communicate with CEOs and MD’s alike regarding certain tasks or requirements.
  • 2024 | TinSky Connect | Technical project lead for multiple simultaneous projects During the course of 2024, we have managed multiple clients in our network, from the existing clients of (MTN, ERG), to the expansion of the operational support to include various other clients (Vodacom, liquid Telecom) , my team which is managed by myself has implemented and ensure that the networks and operational portion of the business is within agreed upon SLA and to ensure communication is apparent between all parties. During 2024 we exercised our ability to expand and optimize our projects from an operational perspective, We have had 3 major projects for 2024 which were all successful and larger returns were evident due to optimization of project tasks (all 3 projects were over 50% margin after project completion)
  • 2022 | TinSky Connect | Technical and (Client Interface MTN: 500 sites project rollout) In this full turnkey solution for MTN, I functioned as sales representative), technical lead (configuration of system and sites), co-ordination and project lead for deployment, installation and reporting and costing. I led an installer base of 20 installers and project managers, acting as point of contact for all technical related configuration and information. I allocated contractor installer base, monitored/ oversaw installer progress and efficiency, procuring an installer sign off application-based software to make invoicing and documentation collection efficient. Client interface configured project network elements. Resulted increased installer efficiency by 10-15% and increased overall GP for project by 5%; increased ease of deployment and installation turnaround time (saved 2-3months); ensured conformity of reports to client.
  • 2021 | TinSky Connect | Technical/ Operational lead (Openserve: 3000 sites project rollout) In this full turnkey solution, I functioned as technical operations’ lead, acting as contact point for all onsite installation issues. Procured 3rd party application-based software to ensure installers conform with one report standard. Led 30 installers in the field. Point of contact for all technical related configuration. Agreed document pack with installers/ contractors on requirements. Pre-configured/ pre-tested implemented solution.
