The scope of work included in this period was:

Three multi-discipline greenfield projects (new breweries in PE, Sudan, and Nigeria) – from grassroots to commissioning.

Numerous brownfield upgrade projects, including the building, installation, and commissioning of civil and structural works, roads, effluent and drainage systems, and water storage and purification facilities. Utility plant including steam, air, water, CO2, and refrigeration. Process plant including brewhouse, tank storage, filtration, raw materials handling, etc. Packaging lines including NRB, RB, and canning lines.

• Managed construction projects from inception to completion, adhering to strict timelines and budget constraints.
• Coordinated with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to facilitate seamless project execution.
• Conducted regular on-site inspections to maintain high standards of quality and safety compliance.
