I always try to exercise at least 3 time a week, as much as its part of my routine but it  assist me mentally think fast and physically to keep fit. Music is what soothes my soul especially while working, it motivates me its sort my muse.  I love camping and to go out and see the nature and appreciate animals, rivers and everything that God has created.  It makes my mind to be at ease and assist me to relax.
