My responsible varies in tasks such: Data collection and verification with regards to Collecting, verifying, updating, and reporting on the data in the CMDB. Data quality: Identifying and resolving any data quality issues or gaps. This data can help IT teams understand an organization's assets, manage tasks, and improve business processes.

- Implement technical solutions which will keep the CMDB as healthy as possible.
- Making sure the data is always up to date in terms of maintaining all the Configuration Items relationships within our CMDB.
- Collect data from the data sources, create relationships and make sure our CI’s speaks with one another in terms of What is the business service we have, what Business process does it have, what application does the business service and business process belong to and what server does the application runs on and in which software instances.
- Audit & Verification
- Perform audit and verification daily on DDM

- Meeting with stakeholders/Application owners for obtaining information with regards to which server does an application runs on, for me to be able to create relationship. Improve data quality with regards to application to server mapping on CMDB.
- Created DDM (Daily Data Monitor) to keep track and improve our data in terms of keeping on records of all our daily updated list of our Orphan servers, Unmapped applications together with our overall percentage of our progress across.
- Keep records of all newly created servers, send it to the Asset management team to obtain application that runs on them and to create relationships to improve data quality and assure that it is more accessible for the incident, problem and change management.
- Keep records and update of Decommissioned Servers on DDM.
- Monitoring and keeping data updated on DDM.
