Responsibilities

Teaching undergraduate and postgraduate models in Research Methods Small Enterprise Management, Entrepreneurship in Managerial contexts and International Entrepreneurship.

Module preparation, design, content preparation and delivery to undergraduate and postgraduate students

Online delivery of multiple courses using the Blackboard Learning Management Systems

Supervision of Masters and PhD students in Educational Technology and Entrepreneurship

Conduct of research in the field of educational technology and entrepreneurship

Directorship of the Centre for Enterprise and Entrepreneurship Studies

Provision of training and guidance in the use of online learning platforms

2018 - German DAAD Certified Grant Proposal Writing Trainer

Cologne University (Germany) in collaboration with the University of Namibia

2018 - Research Grant Proposal accepted in SADC multi-country application bid to secure University of Cologne/DAAD ProGrant Training in Namibia in May and November 2018 (Return Air tickets and accommodation in Namibia funded in May and August 2018)

2018 - Best Presentation Award. Leveraging the research–teaching nexus to promote pedagogical and curricula transformation: The case of Faculty at University of Technology.
