Preparing creditors statements for end of year aduit.
Office Administration
Monthly - recording travel for invoicing
Maintaining the companies fleet (traffic fines, licence disk, roadworthy ect)
Undertake additional specific tasks,as assigned by Miles,Lindy & Tim
Maintaining municipal accounts
On request completing general paperwork vehicle finance applications, vendor forms, insurance, car registration and licensing
Updating and maintaining internal confidential documents for all the compaines & Directors and ensure that all confidential material is stored according to policies and procedures
Monthly or on request process upgrades and managing service providers eg Vodacom, Mtn, Tracker, Telkom Insurance and dealing with any issues related to the accounts.
