  • I have been involved in the Management Industry since 2005 and have worked for Hertz Rent a Car as a Branch Assistant Manager, and subsequently for Autocon Systems as Finance Manager.
  • My key role in both organizations has always been in the area of management. At Hertz, we provided automobiles for individuals to borrow for personal or business purposes. As a manager, I was in charge of the day-to-day activities at the office.
  • It is a profitable business; as a manager, I had to generate revenue from rentals and control office expenses to stay within budgetary constraints.
  • Further to this, I was responsible for ensuring that the branch hits any goal it has for total rentals per month, renting luxury vehicles, or selling rental insurance policies. I trained and evaluated employees at the branch.
  • Approve purchases for the office supplies and handle customer complaints if they arise.
  • Also, I am proactive in supporting executive staff. Managing priorities, communications, and schedules with discretion and efficiency. Acting as a trusted gatekeeper and liaison person, support effective administration systems and processes in a dynamic and highly pressurized environment, and work closely with the various Business teams in the execution of the organization.
