On a personal level, I am proud of the progress I have made in the retail industry. I have worked my way up from a casual sales assistant position with great determination and gratitude for my employers who put faith in me when given the recognition and promotions received in my past retail experience. One of my best achievements in the industry was becoming a supervisor for Crocs SA (PTY) Ltd and being given the opportunity to open up our Atterbury store. Also being given 2IC responsibilities for a few weeks when our previous Area manger was on leave.
