Project manager with administration experience. I started my career in sales, customer service and was promoted to Premier banker and team leader. During my time in my previous position, I received several awards the most noticeable being the award for excellence in 2014. I qualified for my RE and in 2019 I graduated with honors for Higher Certificate in Human Resource Management from Rosebank college. At this point I had accumulated over 9 years of working in customer service, team leading within the insurance and banking sector.
I was then appointed project manager for an American based company, I started as a customer service representative and after 10 months I was then promoted to team leader. Due to my experience, educational and good quality work I was promoted to project manager. In my position I dealt with all aspects of the business, from recruitment, onboarding, training, as well as day to day management duties, dealing closely with IT and last but not least, handling HR disciplinary measures.
