2. Stakeholder Engagement: Identify impacted areas and stakeholders, then engage with them to elicit requirements, considering impacts on people, processes, systems, and data.
3. Documentation: Create comprehensive process flow diagrams, data flow diagrams, and mock-up screens to visualize the solution's flow and user experience.
4. Requirement Documentation: Document detailed requirements into Business Requirement Specifications (BRS) or Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), ensuring clarity and completeness.
5. Risk Assessment:Collaborate with the risk team to identify and assess risks associated with the project.
6. Communication and Presentation: Present change initiatives and solution overviews to the change forum and relevant stakeholders, including business stakeholders, system analysts, developers, testers, and product managers.
7. Support Throughout Lifecycle:Support development, testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production phases, providing assistance to the team as needed.
8. BI Support:Assist the Business Intelligence (BI) team in developing reports and dashboards.
9. Training Support: Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to create training materials for stakeholders.
10. Progress Reporting:Continuously update business stakeholders on project progress until the product is ready for use.
11. Feedback Collection:Gather feedback from stakeholders once the product is implemented to identify areas for improvement.
12.Incident Management: Manage production incidents with the team to ensure timely resolution and minimize disruptions.
