As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, I managed the complete recruitment lifecycle, ensuring efficient management from candidate sourcing to successful placement. This role comprises of two components, the Candidate as well as the Client cycle.
The Candidate Cycle
- Crafting compelling and persuasive advertising content.
- Identifying and attracting top-tier talent using platforms such as Placement Partner, Pnet, LinkedIn, - Career Junction, Careers24, Executive Placements, LinkedIn Recruiter License, LinkedIn Search, LinkedIn X-Ray Search, Indeed, etc.
- Headhunting candidates for on-hand positions according to the job specification.
- Screening suitable candidates to determine commitment.
- Shortlisting and interviewing candidates.
- Conducting criminal, identification, credit, as well as qualification background checks.
- Mapping potential employers to current candidates.
The Client Cycle
- Organizing client meetings with hiring managers to discuss current and future positions.
- Mapping out annual business recruitment plans with focus clients.
- Taking down detailed information about the job specification from the client's perspective.
- Negotiating terms of business with clients.
- Presenting the most suitable candidates for available positions by taking the client through the shortlisted profiles.
- Securing interview times in the client's diary to ensure a quick placement.
- Debriefing the client after interviews to determine their preference for candidates.
- Providing the client with background checks.
- Returning signed offers to clients.
- Offering after-service client care to retain relationships.
