Designed, calculated, operated, assembled and coordinated a team of Stakeholders (i.e Bank leadership, Main contractor, QS, Structural engineers) in the implementation and the project and was delivered within agreed time and on budget.
- 2022 Expanded 100Kwp Solar plant at Stanbic Head Office to 200KWp and was successfully delivered within agreed time and on budget.
- Oversaw security measures and emergency preparedness, ensuring a safe working environment.
- Managed vendor relationships, negotiated contracts, and reduced facility maintenance costs.
- Implemented sustainability initiatives, reducing energy consumption by 18 % .
