• Responsible for the successful recovery of costs incurred by MHPS-ZAF as a direct consequence of defect, non-conformance or damage in materials and / or works provided by its suppliers of goods and services
• Determine whether Defaulting party will rectify at own costs and communicate accordingly.
• Record costs of remedial work.
• Prepare estimate costs for remedial work, complete Notice and distribute as applicable.
• Capture and record all documents relating to the remedial work ( time sheets, purchase orders, quotes, drawings etc.)
• On completion of remedial works, calculate final costs for submission to Defaulting Party.
• Prepare invoice to Defaulting Party and close our relevant project on SAP.

· Prove liability of sub-contractors
· Attend daily kick-off meeting with the allocated Change Management supervisor to confirm allocation of daily task and objectives
· Physical movement between the site office, construction site, various laydown areas, warehouses, subcontractor sites and offices as well as other areas of activity, to collect the required information.
· Identify and be familiar with the contractual requirements for recovery of claims / back-charges contained in various subcontracts.
· Liaise with MHPSA site personnel in various departments to collect relevant information;
· Visit subcontractor premises and collect relevant information.
· Ensure reference numbers (NIRC/TDS/SI/PO) for all works and link to particular events for which evidence is collected.
· Verify timesheets and hours allocations per above references.
· Follow up on QC releases with QC Department. Liaise with DM / BM for status updates on works;
· Compile complete and convincing reports based on evidence collected.
