- Perform budget analysis to control expenditures and predict future budget needs.

- Plan and drive quarterly testing and monitor results of Sox Self assessments testing and reporting, ensuring accuracy and appropriate response to potential weakness.
- Execute Sarbanes-Oxley (SOx) walk-throughs and test plans for company in timely manner and in accordance with testing calendar.
- Access impact of identified control deficiencies, provide recommendations on remediation to improve internal control.
- Periodic review of Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) to ensure efficiency and adequate internal controls.

- Follow workflow approval process and ensure lease activation on SAP Real Estate.
