I hold a National Diploma in Public Management from Cape Peninsula University of Technology. I have previously worked as a Clerk at the City Of Cape Town where my duties included processing vehicle registration and registration payments for car dealerships, assisting with debt collection, processing C3 notifications and correspondence and assisting clients with filling municipal related applications. I also worked as a customer service consultant at Jabba Connect where my duties included assisting customers with billing enquiries and application for debit orders. I have also worked at First Car Rental, I started as a receptionist then later became a Rental Agent, my main duties were officiating car rentals and bookings, invoicing sales, delivering, and collecting hired vehicles, logging incoming calls, mails, and courier deliveries. My most recent experience was working as a Data Collector at Human Science Research and my duties included collecting, capturing, and verifying data. I am currently looking for a new opportunity and I am available to start immediately.
