- I have three (3) direct reports within the LiDAR acquisition department. As a leader, my responsibilities include:
- Capturing of LiDAR data to achieve technical quality standards while meeting set timelines
- Provide technical expertise in LiDAR data processing and advanced troubleshooting for team members
- Classification of LiDAR point clouds and creation of macros for automated processes
- Provide support for project planning and reporting
- Training clients in LiDAR processing software and calibration
- Evaluating accuracy, sufficiency, and ensuring compliance to applicable project, customer, and industry standards related to LiDAR mapping products
