  • Continuous engagement with external partners to foster relationships/collaborations and expand research opportunities.
  • Oversees the collation of geoscience material (mainly drill cores) and logistical data in accordance with specific requirements (e.g. Standard Operating Procedures, SCM Policies, Checklists, Data submission forms) for curation, preservation and publication. Compiles quality reports and scientific articles in the media.
  • Takes the lead and carries out integrated geoscience research, including data compilation of raw data, collection of additional field data if necessary and interpretation to provide the appropriate products according to the value case.
  • Manages the evaluation, testing and operational deployment of new software and technology systems to support production/new machine introduction and analytical data analysis.
  • Provide input on research concepts and develop operational solutions to ensure successful project execution.
  • I'm now establishing with international companies an industrial work-flow system that is to includes a state-of-the-Art core logging infrastructure, the hyperspectral imaging as well as Box/handheld XRF analysis.
  • Manages the database of all existing and incoming borehole cores and rock-chip samples.
  • Organises logistical arrangements for the collection of donated core and core from regional offices, including transport, receiving, curation, storage, retrieval, and layout for internal and external clients.
  • Coordinates with relevant units (Facilities, SCM, Finance, Stakeholder Relations, etc.) to support smooth operational workflows.
