· Manage the Thabo Mofutsanyana District (Free State) schools in implementing the HIV prevention programme in schools
· Develop and deliver scripted lesson plans for grades 4 – 12
· Train and provide Comprehensive Sexuality Education (CSE) orientation to officials, educators, SMTs and SGBs
· Develop CSE supplementary materials
· Work with Integrated School Health to strengthen linkages and referrals of adolescents and youth to health services
· Provide technical support and lead in CSE implementation Monitoring and Evaluation
· Lead DREAMS implementation in the district and introduce other partners to DOE, DSD and DOH
· Represent EDC in provincial and district meetings and events
· Lead Linkages of vulnerable children to DREAMS partners for accessing services
· Report to USAID, DOE and other partners
· Map the location/sites where the respective GF funded interventions are implemented & the nature and scope of work undertaken; and disseminate this information to SANAC structures: Sectors, WACs, and LACs, DACs & the PCA and other stakeholders.
· Source program reports and output data from GF Principal Recipients operative in the province for dissemination to the relevant stakeholders/role-players and LACs, DACs & the PCA;
· Upload / capture program reports and data onto electronic platform for sharing of program data and lessons;
· Host feedback and consultation forums in each district, to provide feedback and allow for consultations on implementation of GF funded programs;
· Provide technical support for the establishment /or strengthening of quarterly reporting mechanisms to the Provincial Councils on AIDS (PCAs) and the Local AIDS Councils (LACs).
· Present quarterly progress reports to the PCA on GF funded programs implemented in the province.

· Manage a team of professional field staff to plan, implement, coordinate and monitor project activities to deliver against objectives;
· Contribute to proposals writing and fundraising
· Manage a project budget, maintaining positive expenditure within a set timeframe;

· Attend monthly budget holder and programme meetings at Head office;
· Contribute strategically to ongoing programme and project design, planning, implementation and documentation of education programming in the Free State;
· Interpret information gathered through monitoring and evaluation so as to inform and re-direct project implementation;
· Assist in designing Children’s policies and advocacy
· Maintain donor liaison through written reports and updates;
· Liaise with key stakeholders and other departments: e.g. Department of Basic Education and other relevant government departments at local, district and provincial level, as well as with other civil society and community stakeholders;
· Represent the organisation for media briefings and interviews within the district;
