To be an influential person who contributes extensively to the betterment of our country. To leave my generation better than I found it. I've been in the field of skills development for 10yrs.

Over the years I have trained or facilitated on different subject i.e Customer service, New venture creation, Generic management, Report writing, Sales, Business Administration, Contact centre, Business studies, Communication and Personal development.


The reason why I feel I would be a suitable candidate for this position is because there's still a lot for me to learn. I am no expect. I just want to be introduced to a different facets of the workplace and when dealing with stakeholders. I want to provide personalized client experiences. Build trust with stakeholders. Maintain a customer communication channel and to offer unique services.


I have analytical, process minded and problem solving skills, with high accuracy and attention to detail. Team player with the ability to interact with team, clients and other operational staff. Good business acumen Excellent interpersonal skills gained through interaction with different teams and clients. Ability to work under pressure and work efficiently in a fast paced environment.
