• Assist with supportive supervision of all direct subordinates and indirect staff of collaborating organizations

• Ensure staff understands the contents of standard operation procedures and implements accordingly
• Ensures synergy between facility and outreach teams through sharing of daily activities
• Conduct mapping exercise to understand the disease burden and deploy outreach teams including Community Health Workers (CHWs) accordingly
• Conducts site facilities with representatives of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and visits to sites with officials from the Department of Health

• Consult INR patients and perform rapid INR tests.

Dressing room.

• Assess wounds and apply dressings according to assessments, or as prescribed.
• Monitor the progress of wounds by documenting correctly.
• Keeping statistical records.
• Issue follow-up date.
• Consult medical officers if a wound is not improving, to screen for the underlying cause.

• Supervising a group of community healthcare workers and counselors.
• Plan outreaches (family planning, wellness days, COVID-19 screening, child health).
• Conduct household visits, ensuring that those in need of healthcare but unable to access it receive it.
• Collect statistics from the community, and submit monthly with timesheets of the employees.
• Reporting monthly stats to DOH, daily staff meetings with the team, planning staff annual leaves and authorising all kinds of leaves, attending staff meetings, daily signing off staff list in the workplace, making discussions around how to reach targets, daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly stats compiling, and following up on defaulted clients.
