Ensure Installer Ratings are harmonized on all associated systems/ platforms, i.e. IIV, Installer Portal, Find an Installer etc. Communicate to key stakeholders, the program mechanics and objectives. Manage data input channels/ stakeholders which contribute to the Installer Rating make up, i.e. CSAT surveys, Self Invoicing, FSIA usage, On Site QA. Ensure integrity and format of input data. Escalate data quality and supply issues through appropriate channels.
