Assist HR managers in taking minutes during disciplinary hearings, HR meetings and at any other relevant meetings.

Ensure that the minutes of meetings are distributed to relevant stakeholder timeously.

Assist with employee absence management by identifying, trending, and reporting on causes of absentiseem.

Assist with various HR projects e.g., audits, HR event coordination, etc.

  • Conduct employee induction for new staff - Ensuring policy documents are understood & signed e.g., code of ethics, business conduct, disciplinary code, IT user policy, sexual harassment policy, etc.
  • Prepare and submit announcement of new appointments after completion of a recruitment and selection.
  • Liaise with HR Administrator to ensure that there is a proper induction plan for newly appointed associates.

  • Conduct stay-interviews for associates that have completed 3 months in a new role.

• Schedule and coordinate employee feedback and focused group sessions.

Partner with HRD officer and HR Manager to give feedback to wage employees on engagement survey.
