  • The company was founded post restructuring of Dijalo Property Group, with main aim of acquiring income generating commercial properties.

  • Liaison with Property Brokers on available properties that suit company strategy.

  • Financial management and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain timely and accurate financial statements and reports that are appropriate for users and in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards.
  • Develop, implement and ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting policies and procedures.
  • Ensure that all statutory requirements of organization are met including but not limited to Income Tax, Goods and Value Added Tax and Employees Tax.
  • Prepare all supporting information for annual audit and liaise with Board's Audit Committee and external auditors as necessary.
  • Document and maintain complete and accurate supporting information for all financial transactions.
  • Develop and maintain financial accounting systems for cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit control, and petty cash

  • Manage cash flow and prepare cash flow forecasts in accordance with policy
