As the Founder, I spearheaded the establishment of a transport service focused on providing safe and reliable transportation solutions for school children and sports teams. Leveraging my entrepreneurial skills, I built the company from the ground up, ensuring a commitment to safety, punctuality, and customer satisfaction.

• Facilitate acquisition of football resources for Senior team, including training and COVID compliance equipment.
• Coordinate talent identification and selection processes, as well as administrate setting of individual and team short-term goals aimed at retaining SAB Johannesburg Blue Stream status.
• Administer screening, assessment, and fitness testing of squad, while establishing SMART goals for short-term, medium-term, and strategic objectives.
• Design and manage elite player preparation and performance plans, including documented match analysis and recommendations on game plans and tactics for technical team.
• Provide recommendations on principles of play that align with team's objectives for each fixture.

• My role is to create a school shuttle service between Curro Serengeti Schools, Birchleigh Schools, Norkem schools
• I am responsible for generating leads, closing sales and managing the company vision and mission
• I acquire skills I have learnt to increase my work ethic and ability to handle power, objectives and management of cash flow, management of people, and my personal time and a good tolerance to financial pressure.

• My responsibilities are to implement and innovate the vision of FUTURE STARS ACADEMY to accentuate sporting value in Curro Serengeti’s soccer players
• I help identify, select, grow and develop talented individuals, grow and develop each to international level of discipline, technical and tactical abilities, football insight and performance increasing their confidence, competitiveness and competence
• Designing and implementing player management systems, player hospitality and shuttle services for national tournament.

• My responsibilities are: Designing, planning and implementing talent identification and selection, growth and development programs of the soccer academy
• Designing and implementing screening and assessment tests, fitness tests and conducting preseason phase: Generic phase of training and soccer specific phase, In – Season preparation and performance plan, match analysis and report, player progress evaluations
• Introducing specific roles and responsibilities enhancing the conditioning of student-athletes’ physiological demands of the game at Youth Development level, presenting match analysis reports to Sporting director
• Facilitating brainstorming team talks that enhance the footballing intelligence of the student-athlete, helping them self-discover how to better prepare and practice for their upcoming match-day performance.

• My role is to administrate a mass participation program for the community of Birch Acres and other surrounding areas
• I am responsible for the identification and selection of the U13 players and managing the U13s and year plan such as Team registrations, acquiring donations and sponsorships, acquiring preparation and performance equipment and managing it, designing and facilitating the team’s transportation plan, and safeguarding the squad
• Facilitating off – season plan (Indoor soccer).

• My responsibilities are to plan, prepare and conduct safe, fun soccer education program for grade R to Grade 7 primary school kids, Mr Ross Foley (Soccer admin and director) recruited me to coach at his Private coaching lessons during this period
• Monitoring and implementing soccer integration programs
• Completed an unbeaten U12s season.
