My five years of teaching across a variety of disciplines - in both American and South African curricula - have strengthened my dedication to encouraging academic success for diverse student groups of various primary school ages. I work with all school and community education stakeholders to reflect on and build individualized holistic learning plans. I have been most successful in implementing strong foundational literacy interventions in addition to successful practices building student's numeracy, social and learning skills.
