Complete and submit contractor's packs for technicians at all relevant mining customers
· Book site & service visits for the technician as and when required.
· Formulating and sending of quotations to customers.
· Reminding customers about overdue products services and sending of service quotations
· Handling of all admin related duties for the technical & sales department as provided to you.
· Managing calendar for technicians.
· Assisting technicians with all admin related tasks.
· Following up on quotations and outstanding payments.
· Updating of calls assigned to you in CRM fault management system
· Renewing of vehicle licenses.
· Arranging refreshments and snacks for meetings and social events
· Liaising with technical team to check on customer queries.
· Compiling customer technical feedback reports on all repairs or service visits done by technicians
· Liaising between technicians and customers.
· General office admin
Answering the phone
· Managing laptop queries for users working remotely.
· Rolling out new teams to accommodate everyone to be able to work remotely.
· Compiling a report of all users that got laptops.
· Managing the report as users resigned or got assigned new laptops.
· Deploying desktops to users to assist with queries that we can't resolve remotely.
· Helpdesk IT, Answering the phone, troubleshooting the queries and assigning them to the development team or desktops.
· Providing first line support to users in the region.
· Liaising with the development team to check on queries.
· Administrative duties for the department.
· Allocating parking bookings
· Arranging refreshments and snacks for meetings
· Compiling monthly telephone reports for the company, exporting from PABX to excel
· Retrieving calls from the system for the QA department
· Responsible for the effective, efficient and delivering good customer services.
· Monitor, initiate and provide appropriate steps to any concerns or below standard service.
· Satisfy and well-informed customers with the service they
· Effectively, motivate and support the team to improve their performance.
