Manage pregnant members on the Maternity Program.
• Do risk interventions on all members, identify goals, and
measure readiness to change, compliance.
• To encourage members to use their Maternity benefits as
allocated on their care plan.
Identifying high risk members to design a customised care
plan that is tailor made for the risks identified.
• Ensure effective flow of communication between physical
well coach and the member, service provider and
colleagues, including management.
• Accurate complains management to improve client
satisfaction
• Collaboration with other SPN where there is a need for
further assistance e.g referral to chronic department
• Assist in maternity registrations in instances where there is
limited/ no capacity.

• Providing holistic total patient care to patients with a wide range of medical conditions
• Prepared ventilators and nursed ventilated patients
• Supervised a team of nursing staff with several nursing assistants, staff nurses, LPNs RNs and ward clerk in shift as a shift leader through delegation of duties
