• Provide a health and safety assurance management plan and keep it updated to align with Company safety strategy.
• Identify relevant hazards and assess the related risks within your area of responsibility, to which persons who are not employees may be exposed, and ensure that persons who are directly affected by activities within your area of responsibility are not exposed to any hazards to their health and safety;
• Consider an employee's training and capabilities in respect of health and safety before assigning tasks to that employee;
• Provide proper and adequate health and safety training;

provide employees within your area of responsibility with any information, instruction, training or supervision that is necessary to enable them to perform their work safely and without risk to health.

• Enhanced workplace safety by conducting thorough inspections and identifying potential hazards.
• Report any threat or potential threat to the health or of any employee immediately to the manager in charge.
• Organized regular safety meetings to discuss ongoing concerns, review recent incidents, and update employees on new procedures or regulations.
• Managed incident investigations for timely remedial action and prevention similar re-occurrence.
• Conduct risk assessments for all task being performed by employees and to identify areas of improvement.
• Maintains accurate records of all safety related activities and provide detailed report to the management.
• Reduce work place accidents and incidents by creating safety initiatives aiming at specific high risk activities and behaviors.
• Collaborate with management to develop safety improvement plan.
• Maintain compliance with relevant health and safety regulations and authorities.
• Ensuring onsite compliance of contractors & onboarding

. Ensure Behavioural Based Safety (BBS) programme is implemented correctly
• Report to management regarding BBS trends and corrective actions
• Do safety checks and propose improvements where applicable
• Ensure continuous improvement of accessibility to relevant reports.

. Provide support to analyse risk behaviours during incident investigations
• Conduct analysis and compile reports relating to BBS and VFL trends.

• Conduct regular BBS observations and recommend corrective actions
• Coach employees on performing a BBS observation
• Support Practitioner, Safety with regard to VFL and BBS compliance and any change initiatives
