  • Manage and annually review the Service Level Agreements.
  • Manage Debt Review matters and negotiate the best possible loan repayment arrangements for HiP with debt counsellors.
  • Manage after-Sale in execution processes.
  • Ensure all Collections team activities comply with applicable legislation e.g. the National Credit Act 34 of 2005 & Regulations and HiP internal policies.
  • Pro-actively and continuously deliver Service Excellence in order to enable the business to achieve its’ business objectives.
  • Actively seek alternative methods of improving operations and processes to increase efficiencies and reduce costs.
