• Return inconsistent work to FWs for enumeration and enumerate where necessary
• Use maps to know the boundaries of the EA’s within the allocated FOO unit
• Identify EAs that require splitting
• Identify Special dwelling Institutions (SDIs) and obtain their contact details within the FOO unit
• Identify hotspots related to crime, service delivery protests, homeless, transient etc.
• Verify list of Gatekeepers within the FOO unit

• Prepare plant samples for post graduate students
• Ensure that the sample is representative of the population you are analyzing
• Divide the plant it into separate parts and record the fresh weight of each separate
• Reduce the sample fractions by cutting into smaller parts for drying in an oven at 70oC to constant mass
• Record the fresh weight sample before drying and the oven dry weight in the cold after drying
• Calculate the percentage dry matter for each fraction, from which the total dry matter can be calculated.
