Manage critical path for promotional activities relating to the merchandise division by consolidating all PowerPoint and Excel documents.
Sort into promotional format for Marketing by preparing proposed layout and ensuring all pricing calculations are correct.
Liaise with Merchandise Director, Merchandise Managers and Buyers to approve promotional product

Once promotion has been loaded onto SAP, print full report for Buyers to check and signoff final proofs
Manage change requests via change request form and ensure that the promotion on SAP has been updated by marketing prior to activation.
Pull promotional effectiveness report the week following the promotion to analyze sales, margin and Rand value
Compare effectiveness of promotion to previous week and year same period and compile report for distribution to Merchandise Director, Merchandise Managers
Place analysis on G drive
To support the organization by controlling, processing of Store orders and managing of these orders and all related issues
Logging of all incoming Store orders into a centralized database
Handling of all store purchase orders that entails capturing in SAP system, liaising with Suppliers, Store and Customers
Expedite purchase orders weekly and update SAP system daily
