- In the past 7 years I worked as a Junior Quality controller. I have proven expertise in Quality inspection of perishable products (Citrus) according to the SA standards act 119 of 1994.
- Responsible for monitoring and maintaining of citrus quality at packhouse and verification of compliance of citrus with special markets standard while ensuring food safety compliance (HACCP AND GLOBAL GAP).
- This proves my ability to make sound decisions, take ownership and being accountable for every decision taken during inspections.
- Worked independently, and this demonstrates without compromising the Quality standards of citrus fruits and holding to PPECB values of Integrity this further demonstrates my ability to work with minimum supervision.
- I have sound knowledge and application of Titan, worked together with clients to explain and promote the efficiency of Titan and adaptability. As a result, clients now have an opened-minded approach towards Titan. This demonstrates my ability to build lasting relationships with clients and promoted developmental programs within PPECB.
- I work closely with CBS line inspectors to ensure that overall compliance with CBS guidelines is followed, and verification of Phytclean is done properly.
- Worked closely with clients to understand their needs and goals and translate them into effective quality solutions, this demonstrates my collaborative work ethic and verbal communication skills.
- Recently, also competent in Blueberries, strawberries and Grapes inspection respectively.
