I am currently serving my articles of clerkship at a law firm that specialises in construction law, while also handling a broad range of general legal matters. In this role, I have been primarily responsible for:

• Conducting thorough legal research on construction-related matters, including contractual obligations, statutory compliance, construction defects, and liability issues.
• Compiling and organising documentation for arbitration including assisting in the preparation of trial bundles, witness statements, and evidentiary documents.
• Helping prepare presentations or legal updates for client briefings including keeping abrest of developments in relevant legislation, ensuring that advice given was current at all times.
• Managed multiple caseloads simultaneously without compromising quality or timeliness of work product.

• I completed a two-month volunteer placement at Noko Ramaboya Attorneys, where I was primarily responsible for drafting pleadings, conducting legal research, consulting with clients, attending court proceedings, managing and organising case files, as well as arranging, serving, and filing legal documents.
