  • Responsible for managing every aspect of event planning. Selecting venues and ensuring that all our equipment is ready and properly working in all the venues.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, resulting in seamless project execution and enhanced outcomes
  • Determining the cost of each function or event
  • Convene Caterers selection committee yearly when we select a new pool of Caterers.
